Ivor comes from a farming family and is switched on to the needs, and shares the frustrations of todays farming community, and their battle to stay the course in this ever changing world. Ivor these days resides at the farm where his family have lived  and farmed for well over 300 years.

He joined the Company of Fullwood And Bland in 1961 based in Ellesmere, Shropshire after having spent time on the family farm and a time in the Royal Air Force. Ivor served his time with Fullwoods in the factory covering all aspects of production, including bulk milk tanks and cooling products, after which time he went out into the field installing equipment all over the country and later joined John Holdrons of Ashby De la Zouch, Leicestershire to help promote Fullwood  in the counties of Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire , Staffordshire and Warwickshire with the help of Bob Huck, Les Roberts and later Neville Edwards of Fullwood Limited.

Ivor  found th help and guidance invaluable when setting up his own business in 1969 when Holdrons of Ashby gave up there dealership with Fullwoods. In the year 1970 Bayleys of Rosliston took the Fullwood dealership. Ivor is still very much involved in the day to day running of the business and has built up a long, and well respected Company, with a first class team behind him.
